BakerTriangle has purchased Palo Verde Drywall (PVD) of Phoenix, Arizona. BakerTriangle has offices in five Texas cities and has been looking for a strategic presence in the southwest region of the United States. Steve Baker, BakerTriangle CEO stated, “I would like to thank everyone associated with this process on both the Palo Verde and BakerTriangle teams. We see this merger as a great partnership with many opportunities. Our regional and national customers have encouraged us to enter the Arizona market for several years and our synergy with Palo Verde became the catalyst.”

PVD will continue operating under its current name, and longtime employee, Jeff Boscamp, will become president. Keith Giddens, a project manager from BakerTriangle’s Dallas office will become Vice President for PVD.
