Deloitte built a learning and leadership development facility that features 35 classrooms and informal learning spaces; a variety of meeting rooms and conference facilities; 800 onsite guest rooms; networking space, dining and social venues; and areas for recreational activities including a fitness center and running trails. BakerTriangle had an extensive scope that included drywall, metal framing, acoustical, stucco and manufactured stone. This was the first BT project utilizing LEAN Construction methods.
